CLOSURE – FROM TODAY
Today, we waved goodbye to our last guest and we are now official CLOSED.
It was tough but necessary to help slow the spread of Coronavirus.
There will still be someone at the kennels and both they and our CCTV cameras will be keeping 24/7 care of the site. Our own dogs are particularly happy to have the run of the place and growl at any ‘Lock-down-breakers’.
We are getting lots of questions about our deposits etc. There are so many moving parts and much uncertainty just now while we wait for more information. For the moment though, please find our policy below:
If you cancelled BEFORE UK Lockdown
In line with our official policy, we are unable to refund any deposit.
However – if you have paid MORE than the 15% deposit, we will credit the amount to future bookings.
If you cancelled AFTER UK Lockdown
All payments (including deposits) will be credited to your accounts.
However, if you are in severe circumstances, please call us and we will look at each request on a case by case basis.
Your Insurance may cover costs and we are happy to provide invoices or evidence of bookings.
It is our hope that this passes quickly but If a demand comes from our Key and Front-line Workers, we want to be ready to help. So, we are getting prepared should our services be needed in the coming weeks to support those in the fight against Coronavirus. We are consulting in the background with a variety of Professionals and the Government to have procedures in place for KEY WORKERS ONLY IF we are needed.
Please look after yourselves and cuddle your doggies for us. We can’t wait to see you all again.
